Help laptop wont start after resetting factory settings

i restored my laptop back to factory settings as it kept crashing, now when i switch it on a black screen comes up and says starting windows, then it says setup is starting services, then a white dialoge box opens up and says the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error, windows installation cannot proceed. to install windows click OK to restart the computer and then restart the installation... i do this and its just repeating itself, i have no recovery discs

hi, there is an option for it on my laptop in the recovery section, and i just clicked on restore to factory settings

a button on my laptop in the recovery section allows you to reset factory settings, its an acer aspire5741z

try to boot into "safe mode" follow the link below
