Help me about gaming monitor

I will buy ASUS 23" VX239H IPS tomorrow
http/www.asus.com/Monitors_Projectors/VX239H/overview/

But I dont know its refresh rate, Ill still consider to but it even its 60Hz.
but what if its below 60Hz?

Its in the spec of the link you posted - Analog/Digital, vertical refresh rate 56~76 Hz ie - 60HZ!!!

Never thought Digital Signal Frequency was refresh rate LOL
