Help me choose between two laptops.

Hi all.

I am trying to decide between two similar computers and could use some input.

This will be my only computer. (need mobility)
I am replacing: D620 T2400 1.83GHz - 4GB Ram - XP Pro
Either choice will be an upgrade for me.

Form factor is same, 11.6" screen Win 7

Acer Aspire One - - - - - - - - - -Acer S5
CPU - - Celeron 877 1.4GHz - - -i5 3317U 1.7GHz

Money is tight but I can but I can swing either one.
I usually run 2 browsers with multiple tabs open on each, with music or video playing in the background. Light Video and photo editing. Not a gamer. I would like to use this laptop for 3-4 years before replacing it.

I "want" to buy the more powerful unit under the justification that it future proofs me better. However the less powerful unit will out perform my old D620 which adequately did everything I asked of it.

The $150 difference is not a lot, but it is a big percentage and I don't want to spend $ unless it is a wise decision.

I appreciate any input. I plan to order very soon.

the acer S5 is a better machine all around

S5 is worth it. Celeron is tough to recommend for a full notebook.

I ordered the Acer S5.
It should arrive Monday 5/20.
