Solved! help me fix my asus xu31e now it says error loadind operating system

When I switched on my asus xu31e laptop it shows Aptio setup utility and it wont scroll up or down i
only can switch to right and left

Try re-seating the hard drive. Does it see the drive in the BIOS? It may be a failed drive that needs to be replaced.
