We need a few more details of the problem you're having, please. If you open Outlook and you have an account set up in there and an Internet connection, you should see the Inbox on the first form. If you have any incoming mail it will show up in that Inbox.

You could click on New and send yourself a mail to prove whether it arrives or not.
