Help me pick a smartphone?

Finally getting my first smartphone and I can't decide between these phones:
Droid Razr M
Droid Incredible
Spectrum 2
Any insight is appreciated. Also, I'm open to any of the other verizon smartphones that would be free with a new 2yr contract (im kinda broke ) if any of the other ones might be a better choice. I wont be doing to much mobile gaming/video streaming and the camera quality is probably the most important for me. Thanks!
