Help me to remove Viceice virus (win7)

this virus making my PC slow at startup and browsing.
I can't find this virus in programs to remove it.
I can't find this virus in my browsers extensions to remove it.
CPU usage is too damn high.
help me please, thanks.

Go into Control Panel>Windows Defender, check it's up to date and see if a scan with that can find it. If it can't, MalwareBytes almost certainly will. http://www.malwarebytes.org.
