help me with a problem

some days ago my computer started typing %Temp into run and wrote "hacker dr qq fee, idiot" and many other words on skype chat and kept pressing enter... malwarebytes found a trojan but with it not in premium or f-secure crashing when opening i didnt know what to do... so i closed the comp and havent touched it ever since. what should i do? is it bad that i closed it?

i allready spent alot of money in deleting police virus so having a money loss atm

Run a full and complete scan on with your Antivirus and most probably it should remove it. If it doesnt try updating your Antivirus.

Everyday I ask myself, why do these idiots send me stupid emails trying to get my info, or get me to download something. This is proof as to why. Im sorry if this offends anyone, but with breathing comes a responsibility to use common sense. You have an obvious virus. But what gets me is that you paid someone to get rid of a "police virus". Do you honestly think that the police would infect your PC with a virus and then charge you to get rid of it? The issue you are having now is directly linked to the virus you already had, and still have.
The reason why scammers are so active is cause of people like this. Use some common sense when something like this happens. Reinstall your OS, do whatever you have to do to get rid of it, never pay someone to get rid of it. Im sure a window popped up and wanted money to get rid of some virus. When will people learn. Ugh.

i actually took my laptop to a repair shop :I i didnt pay off the virus but the repair shop costs like 20 bucks to locate the virus and delete it. but with that they had problems and had to reformat,delete and fix my comp that raised the cost. cuz taking the virus away took the required files to run win 7 too so yea. i have no idea where this virus/trojan came but all i did was play minecraft offline and listen to music on youtube.

police virus locks activity off a computer btw so i couldnt delete it normally nor safe mode it.
