help me buy a headphone with mic for skpe call in desktop computer

Guys, i'm little confused with headphones with built-in microphone and headsets with microphone (ie headset with microphone separetly attached) .

I want a headset to speak in Skype. i have desktop system. (no laptop) so no built in mic in the system.

The normal computer headset have two pins. one for audio and another one for mic.

My question is, the 'headset with built-in mic'
like this one "Sony MDR-ZX110AP Wired Headset"
has how many pins?? may i use this for Skype call (Speak and listen) ?

will it be work in skype for desktop system? or only work in laptops (built-in mic)

or i have to buy a computer headset like the telecaller headset for skype?

Prices vary between $20 and $300 so it depends on your budget and preference.
I have a USB connected Studio set, Corsair Vengeance 2100. not cheap and not the most expensive.
Skype does not depend on the headset. Choices Choices!!!

is that possible to use the same headset for both system (desktop) and mobile phone? (listen and speak) ?

I doubt the jack and socket on the mobile phone would be compatible with the desktop.
