help! my cursor has disappeared off my lenovo thinkpad!

Hi, I've had a lenovo think-pad for nearly a year and after turning it on one day, my cursor has disappeared off the screen for no apparent reason. There is no activity when i right or left click, however the touchscreen still works on the screen. So i was wondering if anyone could help me we how can i get my cursor back onto the screen.

Manage your way to Device manager using the keyboard. Try uninstalling the mouse from there and them restart the computer. If it's driver related problem (which most likely seems like it) it should be solved and you should be fine.
