My laptop just fell on its side and it damaged my sound buttons.
I can see what the problem is, the buttons are croocked so they constantly press.
The folume is at 100 and i can not turn it down, even not with the mute button.
I also can't see my mouse on the screen, i think there is something wron with my toutchpad.

Does anyone know how i could solve this problem.
Is it safe to frumble with the sound buttons on the side?

Solution
Hi,

There are only 2 way to solve the problem.
1. Disable the keyboard and mouse and use an external keyboard and mouse.
- Go to Device Manager right click on Mouse and select Disable, do the same with Keyboard.

2. Replacing the hardware itself (Mouse and Keyboard).

Hope this will help. :)
