Help needed for gaming

I hv lenovo y50 laptop. While playing any of the games like call of duty advanced warfare, far cry 4, batman arkham city, need for speed rivals, windows just stops responding and the game closes !! Pllsss guys help me to solve this problem!

overheating might be he possible cause.

laptop is not the best platform to play games such as yours.

No but my laptop didnt heat

Check Event Log/Applications. It might give you a clue what is causing the problem.

- right click Computer (This PC for win8)
- select Manage > Event Viewer > Windows Log > Applications. Might want to check System as well. Look for red x or !

Also make sure video card drivers are up-to-date.

Still it is not working!!! There is a sign of firewall on the desktop icon of call of duty advanced warfare!! N the game is showing error of windows not responding!!
