Hello there, as title says I need to stop this service from executing. It started to appear after I stopped windows updates, since i'm on limited data every month. Any idea? Thanks in advance for help
Check to see if you have Windows update set to automatically download. If so, set it to metered downloads.

This assumes you're running Windows 10.

Nope it's not set to metric download and I have it entirely disabled to avoid risks. My theory is that disabling the security center made that process appear.
Uninstall Avast, assuming you are using Avast anti-virus. Stopping the security center and attempting to disable updates will add risks not avoid them.

thanks I know about that but I would rather prefer to not update windows at all, it's my choice to not update it and risks of something happening are almost 0 since I don't even browse internet on that pc.
OK, so how did you disable windows 10 updates and what version are your running, home, pro, oem, enterprise?
windows 10 pro anniversary edition
it was hard disabling updates for good, there's a long list of stuff to disable in order to stop them and i m not even sure if i m all covered. 6 months now without an update.
