help notebook pc

Hello,

I buyed an Asus Notebook pc last week and it worked fine until it started doing weird things.
Like when i started Google Chrome or a game it just goes blackscreen, i have no problem login in. I don't understand how a new laptop can already be broke. Anybody maybe have a solution here?

It could be that you got a faulty model. You can always return it if the problem persists.
