Help our medion loptop cannot switch off

We cannot open nor swtch off the keyboard doesnt responding

You can't turn it on or you can't turn it off? Turning it off should be as simple as holding in the power button for about 5-10 seconds, it will power down. Need some details about exactly what is happened, any background to the issue (say if you spilled a cup of coffee on it or dropped it from a building), what you tried already.
