I have a PNY GeForce GT 630 Graphics card - low profile - 1 GB - DDR3 SDRAM Graphics card I just purchased and wanted to use the HDMI output to my Sony Wega 55 inch TV (KDF-55wf665) I plugged in the HDMI and picture is amazing! NO SOUND! I messed with settings in Device Manage/NVidia Control Panel nothing.... SO, I bought a 3.5mm to RCA cable and plugged that in... Still nothing! I have no idea what else it is! I'm sure it's something small, please help!

Solution
Right-Click the Volume Mixer (small speaker) in your Task Bar and select playback devices. Make sure NVidia HDMI (or something similar) is set as the default device. Then click OK.

have you got anything plugged into the back of the monitor with sound such as headphones? if so take them out, if not try put some in, if that doesnt work the next step would be to get the latest audio drivers (realtek) and make sure that all is okay within that
