help please my keyboard doesn't work properly

hi i need help. my key board on my toshiba laptop does not work properly some of the bottoms don't work when i tried to fix it in the device manager all it said in the device status is that This device is working properly. please help the keys that don't work are ' \ z x c v m / 4 6 cap lock num lock space bar and the arow keys and im guessing the shift keys dont work too

That sounds like a hardware issue, your keyboard may be going bad. I had to replace the one in my laptop awhile back. Has the laptop been dropped or subjected to any spills?
