Help required to replace SanDisc SSD i100 24GB in Asus Laptop

Hi. On boot up I get a message after windows has loaded say that the SSD i100 24GB drive is about to fail. Can I replace this myself and are there any step by step instructions I can follow? Also, any recommendation regarding which SSD to replace it with? Any help very much appreciated.

usually if you type your make and model of the laptop and youtube there should be guides also there is a pdf manual on the asus website regarding replacing parts.
