Question help, sharp aquos lcd tv stuck in colors loop

HI, I have sharp tv model LC40CFG6021K it's about one year old, it start flashing rgb colors, remote not responding, already try to hard reset but on back panel have only joystick and no buttons , i've even opened back panel and checked capacitors and conections on board but everything looks fine, does anyone knows what could be a problem ?

i have the same problem. didnt fix it yet however
try to cast from your phone youtube or net flix it should connect
then exit there u can acces menu. try to factory reset it
mine didnt work but u can try if urs does at least u can watch netflix or what ever
