Solved! Help to find a suitable laptop

hi i need help in buying a laptop for gaming. i am able to spend $700-$800 on the laptop. the hp pavillion dv6 1260 is a little too much. something with a 15 inch or bigger screen, 1366 x 768 resolution or better, 250 gigs storage at least, 2 or more gigs Ram, 2.2gig or higher processor, WI-FI, bluetooth, dvd-rw burner, and if possible a 1 gig graphic card, nvida or ati preferably. games i want to run are like cod6, nfs shift, prototype, crysis etc on medium or low, not necessarily on high. battery life- 3.5- 4 hrs minimum. i plan on keeping it as long as possible. a on/off touch pad will be nice. i wud like it to be a hp or any other trustworthy brand. please help me find a suitable one! tanks ............

You should check out the Sony Vaio EB series. You can upgrade the laptop to have ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 540 Graphics. It has a a fast i5 processor and up to 500 GB of storage. It has a 15.5" screen.

i checked the card on http/www.notebookcheck.net/Computer-Games-on-Laptop-Graphic-Cards.13849.0.html but didnt get any stats........ would the card run the games i want?

I am currently looking at this one myself. The complaints on the screen issue seem to be a tpyical problem with the updated drivers and some of the company settings on the ATI 5650 cards. I have been told that turning off the Power Play option in the ATI Catalyst settings goes a long way to fixing this issue.
