All the new shit is getting above my head, so need a hand here.
Biggest game I play is WoW. Maximum resolution and HD quality is not so important. I just want more performance then graphics.

Id like 17''. 6-8GB Ram.
I already have a 1TB external HD for storage of random shit. But id like a little storage ability outside of games.
I have a 320G now thats close to full just from games.
Also wouldn't mind a SSD for operating system (quick boots n such)
So a small SSD and a small HHD for game storage. Rest of my BS will go to external HD.

What could I do for around 1,000$. MAYBE 1,200 max.

Also ive heard windows 8 is not good for gaming but it looks like 7 is getting harder and harder to find.

Refurbished is an option.

Woops! Sorry about that, I was originally posting a link to different version of that laptop, but noticed it was a refurb. Yeah, that one doesn't have an SSD, but you could easily throw one in. I also just noticed you said refurbed is an option, so let me get you that first link! (It's better altogether!)
