Help with android lock screen

I recently changed my lock screen pin for my samsung galaxy J5 (2016) and i dont remember the pin.So I thought that i could do a backup from my pc and then do a factory reset and then simply reset the data from my pc.The problem is that all the 'free' software that i have tested on my pc on let you backup your data from your phone only (Without paying I mean).So I am asking you guys if there is a another way or a software to do this
