Help with audio

My headset is only a few weeks old, and I am experiencing no audio in my right ear piece. When I move it into specific positions it works a bit, but it goes back after a while. I plugged everything in and out, my mic is fine, and it all is not broken!! Please help! I use it on the xbox one with the adapter. Ty

Sounds like a loose connection to me. Are you able to open this headset up? If you have access to a soldering iron the connection could easily be fixed if this is the case.
