Help with downloading videos off camera onto computer

Hello,
i have a finepix z20 camera and i used to download my photos and videos on to picassa but although i can still download my photos my videos will not download on to it. any help would be appreciated.

Video cameras usually have firewire, not USB. If your computer does not have firewire, you may need to install a PCI card with a firewire port in it.
