Solved! Help with getting wireless access for new fujitsu desktop computer

I bought brand new fujitsu esp e420 desktop pc. I can't seem to connect to our wireless internet, but I even though at right hand side of screen it says connected to broadband. But the red X is still on bottom task bar

"Connected to broadband" is not the same as connected to your WiFi signal. Does the computer have a wireless card? Did you connect it to your wireless signal if it does? The red X can be many things, but it's likely coming from the ethernet connection. If the computer did not come with a wireless card you can get a USB WiFi card for it.
