how to unlock Multiplier of the core clocks (M4A79T Deluxe) Manufacturer Asus Tek Computer Inc.

Hi newcomer and welcome to the Tom's hardware forum.

The multiplier comes unlock with the processor. According to that, the mobo give you the option with unlock or lock multiplier.
