Help with Samsung Smart TV downloading from WiFi...

I have a new Samsung 60 and 65 inch TVs. Ultra thin. My TV says connected to the internet, but none of the apps work, including Netflix. I have 13 mbs of speed but can't get anything to work. All other phones, iPads, etc download fine. Just the TV. Can someone help?
 
I really don't understand all these "only my TV doesn't work" posts. The TV is just like any other device in the house. What can you possibly done to it to make it different?

If you scan similar posts, there are some people who specifically configured DNS for 8.8.8.8 and that works for them. I cannot explain why this makes a difference but hey whatever works.
