Hello,
Looking at the manuals for those two products, they do not seem to be products that would help you to listen to a CD or vinyl. The Kenwood GE 7030 is a graphic equalizer, its only function is to alter the tonal frequencies of a signal. You need to have a pre-amplifier and an amplifier for this product to work.

The KM 991 is a power amplifier, this does not do anything except amplify a signal. You need a pre-amplifier for this to work. Turntables like your NAD need a pre-amplifier in order to work properly.

A product like this will help you http://www.ebay.com/itm/Kenwood-Basic-C1-preamplifier-in-excellent-condition-MM-MC-phono-/121993104889?hash=item1c675b0df9:g:bI0AAOSw1h5XP7iE

With that you can plug your turntable into that and then plug that into your amplifier, but I don't think that your equalizer will work with this set up.

Good luck.
