Help with Windows Movie Maker

I have Windows Movie Maker on Windows 7 and i need to make HD videos for youtube. I recorded with FRAPS for like 15 minutes and i got 7 files. So i converted all of them with Veedub and videos look decent. But how can i combine all those 7 files to create one file so i can put on youtube. And how can i make at least 720p videos. Thanks
