Hi

Im wanted to buy a projector for my new home theater and I hit a brick wall (I realized that I dont know anything about projectors) So could you please recommend something that give high quality picture but is not crazy expensive my budget is around $2500

1080p projectors have been under $1000 for some time now. Your best bet would be to start doing some research and reading reviews. Newegg has a number of 1080p projectors well within your price range. Read through the reviews and see what you can come up with. On Newegg, the Optoma HD20 seems to be the projector of choice @ $1000.

Then when you come up with a few possible choices, head over to http://www.projectorcentral.com/ and read through the reviews and specifications for your chosen options.
