I'm having trouble with my email account, this is a new phone and I can not acces my contacts

Since it is a new phone then you can take it back to your cell phone provider and have them help you gain access to your contacts or show you how it is set up. You can also check with them because they will sometime have free classes for new celkll phone users to get to know and operate thier new phone.
