Hi, new here !
I have problem with my laptop, Acer Aspire E1-571, i have LAN cable connected to laptop, everything working fine when i surfing on net, but when i go to youtube and watch something, momentally i lose internet conneciton, troubleshooter says “The default gateway is not available”.

Please help, and thanks☺️

Are there other devices with such problems as well?
check your lan driver, the lan cable, try wifi
check the modem if internet connection was lost or similar, have a look into the log of it
Is any 3rd party antivirus or firewall installed?

Just my laptop, i tried everything, no antiviruses

can you check youtube with your phone using wifi? (disable mobile connection in phone while trying)

All workss, when i disable and enable LAN i have net until i go on youtube, idk why, without youtube i can surfing without any problems

which browser are you using?
run antivirus software malwarebytes to check for trojans and others
