hi i forgot the pattern lock of my mobile then i sent it to a shop and now when i open it there appears encryption unsuccessfu

i have problem with my phone . it says encryption unsuccessful. and when i try to reset it and then reboot it then nothing does happen . when the mobile restarts it again says encryption unsuccessful. what should i do now?
