Hi I have a toshiba c660-13R and can't reset it

My laptop loads and says setup is starting services then a box comes on the screen saying "Windows could not complete the installation. To install Windows this computer, restart the installation" but can not find it anywhere to reset the think again. I've pressed f8 and done the 0 button but no where says for a reinstall. Can you help

Did you uninstall windows? or the computer freak out and shut down on its own at some point? I ask, because those are the usual reasons for this message. Unless your hard drive is going.

I was doing a factory reset and went out and left it during it, and came back and it was off so thoughtit was done so may have run out of battery whilst it was installing. Now I can't do anything at all just keep getting this message when I turn it on.
