Hi my medion akoya laptop has frozen and won't even turn off x please help xx

You will need to hold the power button down to do a hard shut down. After that wait a few seconds and then press the power button to turn back on. Usually the computer will recover fine and function normally, but there are times when data will be corrupted, but we will discuss that if you have those issues.
