Hi there,Please I will like to know if can i upgrade my Sony viao vgn-sz61wn processor to core i5 or i7 will my bios recognise

You need a processor that fits socket PBGA479 or PPBGA478. I don't believe any i5 or i7 processors are compatible with either of these sockets.
