Hidden listening device

How can I tell for sure if an audio listening device system has been installed in my home? My husband and I have been separated and our home has gone thru many changes that I have not been aware of. Drywall has been tampered with all across the house. Trim around windows and door frames is pulled away from the wall and the nail filler is missing everywhere. Plug outlets no longer adhere firmly to the walls and the radio frequencies in our home go crazy at times. I only know this from a toy bird that chirps when something gets turned on in the house either from in or outside. I think this system is controlled in his vehicle but turned on somewhere in the home. Any help would be appreciated.

You might want to call a reputable security firm in your area to sweep the house. I am not saying your ex did anything, but IF he did, and even IF he bought his devices on Ebay, if he's good at hiding things and has a knack for tech, those devices will be very hard for a layman to find.
