Solved! High CPU Usage and Reduced PC Performance

I have purchased a gaming laptop in august of last year and it has been about 11 months since I've got it. For the first 8 months everything was amazing, i was getting high fps and good performance on all my games. Then about 3 months ago, the performance went dramatically downhill. I wasn't sure as to why this happened so i restored my whole laptop but to no effect. I will also attach some pics from task manager.

Any ideas? Anything helps,

Name: Asus GL503GE-RS71 ROG Strix Scar Edition 15.6" Gaming Laptop
CPU: i7-8750H
GPU: GTX 1050 Ti
RAM: 16 GB DDR4 (Initially 8, I upgraded to 16 about 2 months into buying the PC.)
Memory 1: 500 GB 3.5" SSD
Memory 2: 250 GB M.2 SSD

Any installations of software at that time could cause changes, as well as some Windows updates. Even if you did a full restore of the system, any update would have happened again.

Additionally, did you check the temps? Check this as well.

If you find high temps, or you can't find the cause, then I would suggest contacting the manufacturer before your warranty runs out. You don't want to open it up and do any work on it yourself or have someone else do it, as that would void your warranty. Just make sure you do all the checks, and contact the manufacturer your warranty expires.
