High Cpu Usage Laptop Freezes!

For the past 2 weeks my laptop has been freezing constantly like every 30-60 minutes. I noticed the CPU temperature is at 55 degrees Celsius and is being stressed out a lot. Here's a screen shot of my task manager. http://prntscr.com/2umgoo

I think you might have a virus, but those temperatures are fine.

The temperatures are a little high for a laptop try cleaning out the system with some compressed air, if that does not work use a program called malware bytes it will scan for any malicious files on your PC and then you can remove them

Laptops can go up to 90c.
