High memory usage 60-80%~ even nothing is open

Been experiencing this for the past few days. After 3 hours of fresh startup~ It goes back to normal.
I can't play a game(game freezes, fps drops) or do something, it's too slow.
Can someone help me?

My laptop has 4GB RAM.
