MY HISENSE SMART TV 40H5B WHEN I TURN ON IMMEDIATELY SHOWS RED GREEN YELLOW BLUE WHITE COLORS WONT TURN ON

It could be a T-con problem or ribbon strips on the TV, if you can contact a repairman to further check the TV, please do so that they can tell you what specifics needs to be repaired or replaced.
