Hitech Amaze S200 reset pattern lock

Hi,

Someone tried too many pattern and the phone is locked. Now the problem is it is asking to login to gmail account. I don't remember registering with a gmail account while purchasing the phone. I tried the following:

Press power key + volume up key, it shows a menu for testing the phone. Didn't help.

Press power key + volume down key, it shows fastboot mode on the upper right corner of the screen and nothing else.

I couldn't see any option to factory reset.

Then I downloaded the Android Multi Tool but when I connected the phone, it doesn't show that the phone is connected, I have even downloaded the drivers but it didn't help either.

Can anyone help? It's been a month I'm searching for a solution.

You need to take the phone to your service provider so that they can verify your account and reset your phone. This forum does not provide help with breaking or resetting passwords and patterns.
