HomeGroup joining issues

In my place of work, every computer from diverse workstation running on diverse operating system namely Windows 7,8 and 10 is connected in a HomeGroup network, my computer runs on windows 10 operating system. All this while i have been enjoying my sharing of files and printing through the network computer until this morning, i needed to pick up a document from a colleague's system but a pop-up from the system is requesting an access password. So i thought i have mistakenly left the homegroup so i went back to join again but couldn't see the join homegroup option, the only option there is to create a homegroup. But every other persons are enjoying their sharing except me. please any suggestion on how to solve this challenge?

Since this involves your employers computers it wouldn't be wise for us to make suggestions. You need to speak to works IT department to get it resolved.
