Solved! Hook up sound bar when my TV has no optical hook up

Just bought a new lg sound bar. It has an optical hook up but my LG TV does not. My sound bar doesn't have an HDMI hook up either, just optical and other that says 5 V =500 mA.
I'm not good with this stuff lol help!

You may have to use the HDMI ARC port on your TV with an HDMI audio extractor like this -- https://www.amazon.com/Tendak-Optical-Extractor-Converter-Splitter/dp/B00Y0920B4 HDMI in and optical available as an output.

If u "just bought it" why not simply return the thing and buy something proper, rather than try to jury-rig it? What kind of audio does my TV provide, that's what u wanto ask.
