Solved! Hooking up tv to my own DVD player

I picked up a Sceptre 19 tv so my Grandkids can watch their own DVDs when they are here. I doesn't have a DVD player in it. How do I hook up my own DVD player to the TV.. Remember, I am not very
"knowledgeable" when it comes to electronic, lol.. Thanks for any help...

Depends on what outputs the DVD player has and what inputs the Sceptre TV has.

Looks like the DVD player has an HDMI output and the HDTV has an HDMI input, so that is the route I'd go.
