Horizontal lines at the bottom of my Samsung LED 40"

About 4 months ago a started to see 2 lines at the bottom of my tv. Tonight I now see 3, multi colored lines. Tv is about 4-5 years old. Is it time to start looking for a new one?

yep... its likely a panel issue (tab driver problem) which can't be fixed.
