Hotspot want work with my tablet help please

I want to know why my 7 inch Samsung Galaxy tablet will not work with my hotshot on my android phone but will work with my 10 inch Samsung tablet.

There must be an issue with the smaller tablet. You may want to try removing the listed connection and then restart the tablet. Then, once it is up again, try connecting to/adding the hotspot info.

Also, it may not work if you have multiple devices connected to it, since there is a limitation to such connections. That would be on the end of your carrier/service provider.
