How can I connect my TV with Hp 620 laptop which screen is compeletly broken the display is showing nothing but when i connected the HDMI cable on the TV and laptop it is showng "No Signal"

If the laptop has hotkeys to swap video outputs you can try that. You switched the TV input to the HDMI port you are using correct? If you disconnect the laptop screen from the motherboard it may detect the HDMI port as the main display.

Try pressing <Win>-P couple of times to activate second screen (TV)
