I want to connect my rca home theater system to amazon fire stick tv.

What is the exact model of your RCA system? What connections are there? Can you post a picture?

Its rca rtd315wr. They have auxiliary cable connection and hdmi as well

According to specs, there is no HDMI input on that system, only optical audio input. You should connect your FireStick directly to the TV, and run an optical cable between the TV and the RCA. If your TV does not have optical out, there are other solutions as well, but it's probably cheaper to get another streaming device instread.
