How can I disable incognito mode browsing entirely, on Android as well as PC?

I want to disable Incognito mode for Chrome, or at the very least not be able to browse... questionable material while Incognito. Any way to fix this?

I installed a program off the net for my computer.. it was called incognito gone. I had a similar issue going on too. I think I got the program from cnet or something like that. Once it is installed it cannot be uninstalled unless u crash ur computer. I installed it due to issues I had with an adult. I am looking for 1 too for my tablet

Download Blue Coat K9 Web Protection Admin, it's completely free and it will work even when your child tries to use Google incognito. You can even set it to bark at them when the page is blocked! It makes my son jump with fright every time! lol Yes he's 13 and I have caught him wacking off to porn thanks to this stupid google incognitio mode but I've fixed all of this with K9 Web protection. Always beware of smart TV apps because they have internet browsers laced with porn as well. I've uninstalled the apps and disconnected them from the wifi. It's terrible! My worst nightmare, but even still it could be worse, he could be trying to do what he sees but thank God he is not that stupid! I have resolved the issue as best I can for now.

Can this be used on an android phone, or on a laptop that is synced to the same google acct that the android phone uses for chrome? Doing anything extensive in the way of settings manipulation on a phone is such a pain, that is why I was wondering if accessing their chrome acct on a laptop I would be able to still make the changes.
